The Long Law Firm's attorneys have represented insureds in tort claims, maritime, toxic torts, environmental, products liability, and municipal matters for over a decade. Mr. Long is an experienced trial attorney. Our team is well versed in handling insurance claims cost-effectively and with great success.

+ What jurisdictions do you cover?

Our main office is located in Syracuse, New York, right in the center of upstate New York, and conveniently located between Buffalo and Rochester to the West and Albany to the East. Mr. Long is admitted in New York, New Jersey and California. Through strategic partnerships with counsel in New Jersey and New York City, we are able to cover claims throughout both states.

While we have handled claims in California on occassion, we do not maintain a physical presence in California at this time.

+ What type of insureds and policies does your practice defend?

We handle general liability, cybersecurity, construction defects, labor law, employment, professional malpractice, civil rights claims, constitutional takings, and First Amendment claims on behalf of private companies, municipalities and school districts.

No, but we are happy to make a referral.

+ Do you represent plaintiffs in personal injury or property damage claims?

No, we typically only represent companies, municipalities, school districts and their employees. If you are in need of a plaintiff's attorney, we are always happy to make a referral for you.
