We bend over backwards to allow every attorney and staff member at the firm to be themselves, whoever that is, because we believe that people do their best work when they feel appreciated and comfortable.

We work with attorneys and staff on either a full-time or part-time basis. This allows us to focus on attracting the best talent, period.

Many firms view turnover as part of the business plan. We do not. If you are a good fit on our team, we’ll adjust your position to work for you, rather than the other way around. We are open to flextime arrangements and we believe that family always comes first.
